The content on kapshaconcrete.com is provided for general information and does not constitute a binding offer of supply or price. The concrete calculators are indicative planning tools and do not replace a structural design, a bill of quantities or a mix design certificate.
Concrete supply terms
Orders are confirmed subject to plant capacity, material availability and workable haul distance. Quantities are batched to the volume ordered; variation caused by site conditions is the customer's responsibility, and we recommend allowing about five per cent above the calculated volume. Slump is verified at site before discharge; once accepted and discharged, placing, compaction, finishing and curing rest with the customer. Adding water to a load at site voids any strength commitment on that load.
Commercial
Rates are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Once a batch has been produced for a confirmed order it is chargeable, since ready mix concrete cannot be returned to stock. Our liability is limited to the value of the concrete supplied. These terms are governed by Indian law, subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Amritsar, Punjab.
